Cancellation by the buyer
- You are entitled to cancel your purchase of and return your Course Order (s) at any time prior to the scheduled date of the Course to which the Course Order(s) apply by contacting Aprendio and arranging such cancellation and return, subject to the following:
- If you cancel your purchase of and return your Course Order (s):
- Within 2 (two) days of purchase, and at least 30 (thirty) days prior to the start of the Course you will be entitled to a full refund of the face value of the ticket less a cancellation fee that will not exceed 25% of the face value of the ticket.
- More than 14 days before the event, we will offer you a refund of 50% off the value of your Course Order (s).
- Within 14 days before the Course - there are no refunds.
- Notwithstanding the above, if you can provide us with proof that the person for whom, or whose benefit a Course Order was purchased will not be able to attend the course because extraordinary circumstances, no cancellation fee will apply in respect of that Course Order.
- For digitally consumed courses, you will lose your right to any refunds as soon as you access the course contents for the first time.
Cancellation by Aprendio
Your purchase of Course Orders is subject to our right to cancel or reschedule a Course Event at any time, or to alter or vary the contents of the Course, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Where we alter or vary the contents of a Course, we shall not be obligated to refund any Course Order payments. Please note that if a keynote or similar planned content element is changed or canceled, the course is not considered canceled, and you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange. Neither we, Aprendio, nor any other person shall have any liability to you to refund the purchase price of a Course Order in circumstances where a Course is canceled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- If an Course is rescheduled or canceled, we will use our reasonable endeavors to notify you as soon as reasonably possible thereof (including notifying you of the details of any rescheduled Course) by publishing the details of the rescheduled or canceled Course, as the case may be, on the website located at the domain name https://shop.aprendio.io (the “Website”) and by e-mail and, if available, short message service (“SMS”) notification to the contact details which you provide at the time of the purchase of Course Order. It is therefore important that you provide Aprendio with your correct contact details at the time of the purchase. If the Course is to be rescheduled, you will be offered a Course for the rescheduled date (subject to availability and you having provided us with correct contact details). Should you not wish to attend such a rescheduled Course, you will be required, for purposes of safety and security planning in respect of the Course, to notify our customer service, of your intention to not attend that Course. You may give such notification by way of e-mail, which notification must be received by the date published on the Website and by e-mail and SMS notification to the contact details which you provide at the time of the purchase of the Course Order. Should you give notification as stated above or if the Course is not rescheduled, you shall be entitled to a refund of the face value of the Course Order. If the relevant Course is only partially canceled (e.g., if it is a multi-day Course and only one day is canceled), we shall give you a partial refund corresponding to the proportion of the Course canceled. Any refund referred to herein must be claimed by you by contacting the Aprendio to arrange the return of your unused Course Order and receive the refund.
European Union 14 day cooling off period (Consumers only)
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union (consumers only), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, you must not have initiated the course (ohnline) or attended sny course physically).
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received request for refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
